Do clients need to install an app?
No. A mobile app can make repeat booking and communication easier, but it is not a requirement for a client to reserve an appointment with an Aleos-powered business.
The web app works without installation
Clients can open the salon's branded booking page from its website, Instagram bio, a message, a QR code, or another shared link. They can browse services and reserve an available time in the browser.
The mobile app is an additional branded channel
A custom mobile app gives returning clients a familiar place for booking, appointment history, loyalty, promotions, push notifications, and other features included in the salon's setup.
Both routes use the same operating system
Whether a client books through the web or mobile app, the appointment reaches the same Aleos calendar used by administrators and employees.
